Alka Seltzer Cold Medicicne is the only cold medicine we keep in our house. Ever. We don’t buy cough medicine, stuffy nose medicine, body ache medicine … you see where I’m going? At the onset of cold symptoms, my husband and I begin our “Alka Seltzer Regimen” and it has never let us down. Our personal experience has always been that, not only does this medicine relieve cold symptoms without making you feel medicated or groggy, it seems to stop the cold in its tracks. I do believe that the effervescent tablets are part of the magic, as we don’t seem to get the same results from the Alka Seltzer liquid gels or the powder formula.
